Olympic Lifting and CrossFIt Coach Bio I started my athletic background playing AFL, once I stopped playing, I was looking for something fun and challenging to keep me fit and healthy. A friend of mine dragged me to a CrossFit session and I haven’t looked back since. I loved how much CrossFit challenged me not only physically, but mentally as well.
Once I started doing weightlifting in CrossFit classes, I quickly became hooked on the sport of weightlifting too. A sport that not only requires strength, but so much technique and prosecution. I’m constantly looking to grow as a person and an athlete, and CrossFit and weightlifting allow me to do so, while keeping fit and healthy.
